AlisA Sargsyan

As a classical concert pianist and chamber musician, Alisa performs widely throughout the Pacific Northwest and internationally. Her work as a performer reflects a deep commitment to both the classical canon and contemporary music, with a particular focus on bringing the works of Armenian composers to diverse audiences.
 
Alisa appears regularly in solo and chamber music performances at venues such as the Meydenbauer Center, Kirkland Performance Center, Schneebeck Concert Hall at the University of Puget Sound, the Good Shepherd Center, and the University of Washington’s Brechemin Auditorium.
 
An active chamber musician, Alisa is a co-founder of the GALA Violin and Piano Duo, formed together with violinist Gayane Grigoryan. The duo is dedicated to exploring expressive and rarely heard repertoire, with a special emphasis on Armenian and Eastern European music. Their debut recording, Armenia! Timeless Musical Journey, is available for online streaming and reflects their shared mission of preserving cultural heritage while engaging contemporary audiences.
